    Shorelander Trail Brakes seized.

I made it with Dacromet calipers for 5-6 years of little to maintenance before water got into the boot and froze the caliper up over the winter. Replaced them with Koda-Guard calipers for "what the heck....". Still running the original Dacromet rotors. Plenty of meat left to have them turned...

    Shorelander Trail Brakes seized.

As you found out, flushing isn’t all its made out to be. I get 5-6 years out of a set of Dacromet (freshwater) calipers and don’t flush at all. What brand of brakes. Sounds like Tie-down from your description. If so, suggest switching to Kodiak. Much, much better quality brakes. Rebuildable...

Epoxy for "over drill and fill" for exterior screws

If you really want to cheat the drill and fill ideology, mask off, then drill your hole just a hair over the outside diameter of the screw and a 1/4” deeper than the penetrating depth of your screws. Counter sink the hole(s) to prevent the gel coat from cracking Now, spray your mounting...

    I/O to outboard conversion

Big difference between “pods” and brackets. Brackets add boyancy to counteract the weight. Let’s not forget that the I/O weighs (~ #750) verse #470 for the F150 outboard

Steering system .Order new cables or new system.

I get very little if any feedback from NFB helm. Then again, I don't use trim to get out of the hole or adjust the bow. Set a neutral trim leaving the dock and typically don't touch it the rest of the day. Helm adjusted trims tabs take it from there.

    Question on my anodes

They are all worn out. I replace mine when they porosity starts to set in. Looks to be zinc from the way they have eroded. Aluminum tends to develop “white rust” over time Here are the aluminum anodes for the trim tabs https://www.boatzincs.com/bennett-trim-tab-alum-anode-kit.html

    Restoring plastic hatches and accesses.

UV damaged plastic has lost a considerable amount of structural strength. Not to mention their sealing capabilities (orings) are most likely compromised as well. Lots of cosmetic bandaid fixes (sanding, painting) but only 1 way to fix the problem once and for all… replace
