    as per Leroy'S there is a small plastic gizmo plug #0312909 inside the LS circuit under the round plug did you or not... inspect all areas under the round plugs... change the plastic insert etc.... see part 1-2 on cleaning these carbs. from LEROY'S..... there is no aftermarket...

    the side knob controlling the low speed limit may be to low .... turn it and see the throttle handle rotate to a speedier position towards SHIFT btw was this engine running so bad ?? to have you change plug wires etc.... was this a sudden issue or are you reviving an oldy ? did you test...

    in 2 strokes when the dirty exhaust is pushed out the cylinders by the incoming load of fresh fuel-oil mix from the carb part of the fuel oil mix also passes out the exhaust ports and ends up with the fumes, carbon and sludge down towards the open world. In this case... your water...

    see adjustment how did you clean the car totally or partially ..?? is the float adjusted ok did you inspect and clean out the HS jet behind the bolt at the bottom did yoy total clean the low speed circuit by removoving the plugs on top....see leroys on MQ's...

    true for one fuse but.... if the fuse tested good initially everything should have worked no ??? if a second fuse blew then the load is excessive somewhere... better find out where before you ar 10 miles out ! carry spares !

    Broken head bolt. Evinrude 150 E150EXERV.

    heat soak heat soak heat soak .....try hot vinigar to loosen the calcium/salt start with a small centered drill then move up patience brings joy....

    T&T usually works on it's own ...if you located the t&T issue the rest should follow imho anyway inspect all connectors... twist and turn the wiring for a reaction while activating T&T check harness bends check 12v .... coming out of the fuse socket

    no codes is good... but the ECU_EMM can'T tell you what it does not "sense" like clogged injectors .or filters etc... Not a FICHT expert but I read a lot .. :) almost sounds like fuel starvation or restriction . have you checked all filtering and that little tricky filter in the VST...
