    Steering Wheel for Tiller Boat?

Bottom line is the tail fins have their place in light weight boats that are stern heavy....normally weight can be shifted to help the boat get up on plane more quickly!! Some folks refuse to try the balancing act and sometimes there is just to much weight at the back when the driver sits back...

Trolling motor powered by DeWalt 20 volt battery is rs

If you, battery, anchor, fuel tank are all in the middle I dont see any problem !! The only tracking issue would be if something was throwing the weight to one side or the other. Keep that 3 hp motor in the center andvyou should be good to go....you might need to make some minor adjustments to...

    Steering Wheel for Tiller Boat?

Having bad shoulder issues, I find tiller steering to be quite uncomfortable, so I always choose a steering wheel. It is quite easy to make a small console to add a steering wheel to if your handy. You will need to stay small or you will loose to much floor space. You really should consider...

slightly heavy pontoon boat would like to reach proper rpm.

Cupping helps the prop to bite into the water but it adds to the " pitch" of the prop as well. Before going thru a bunch of props, go thru your motor to be sure it is running at its peak. Many times people spend big bucks on props only to fing their engine is worn out or has other issues!! In...

If you have any prop shops in your area, go talk to them. A prop specialist can see and understand your issues and get you hooked up. Not only pitch, which most concern themselves with, there is also rake which plays a bigger role on getting the bow up. To get the max performance your looking...

Does this LU oil look bad/milky to you?

That is how they should be filled....pumping from the bottom up until the oil comes out the upper vent plug ! In tour initial fill from 6 months back, you didn' mention removing the upper vent plug.....did you force oil into the LU and damage the seals??

    Boat cover suggestions

Check to see if there are any car collector clubs in your area, many of these guys that do auto interiors will also do boat covers and they are often at a much better price. I have used these folks a number of times with great results.

    1967 Evinrude Speed Twin 9.5
