Probably are, my guess is the block cracked from not being winterized correctly. No way should AF wind up in the pan, something is busted
Remove the thermostat housing and then use a garden hose and pour water in it. It will probably come right out the pan
There is rust on the bottom of the plugs, and a bit on a couple of the tips. The rigs are probably rusted to the cylinder walls
Spray more oil in the cylinders and let it sit for couple days
Maybe another knows where the parts breakdown for the Yam controls, but I would find a NAPA store and show them what your looking for, they should have it.
Now if you have a vernier caliper, just measure it and buy online
Don't see that as a issue. Prior reservoir caps had loose seal full vented, even had a rubber disk under the cap to keep the splashing away from cap. New caps seal much tighter, so when oil heats up so does the pressure. If cap removed when hot, then when it cools back down then there would...

How long has it been doing this?
Most likely the carb needs rebuilt, the accelerator pump may not be working correctly.
If your gauge is accurate then the motor is tired, should be closer to 150.
Check the timing as seen in the pic. Bring number 1 to TDC and then verify distributor location
