    All gauges should have full Bat voltage, only the sender wires would have less. If ground is bad (probably is) then taking a reading will be off. Use a jumper wire from Neg Bat terminal to the meter and then take readings.

    Your not going into throttle only. Try this, move shift to neutral, grab the bottom of the shifter and pull out. It should move out toward you, then move handle forward

    4 buttons? I see 1 switch with 2 buttons If the handle button does move in and it's not disengaging the shifter, then it needs repaired or replaced

    Don't know which V6 other then one with a 4 bbl Find the original fuel pump was 805656A5, is this the pump your have? Put a couple gal of old stuff in a full tank and the truck should not have much issue, or run it in the lawn mower, but even the mower can have issues

    I don't see a throttle only button on your shifter. Yours should be pulled out in neutral then moved forward for throttle only

    Other then standard wiring practices we're probably not going to find anything to help. I would suggest as you thought of and just replace the fuse panel with something like the Blue Sea model

    Not necessarily, might just be a bad Tach, but bad Tach can cause ignition problems

    Looks more Yel/Red to me, and if so could go to neutral safety which is bypassed
