    removing spray paint from gel coat

    I bought a 95' blue water falcon (18' open bow) this year & it looks like the previous owner spray painted some spots on the gel coat. I don't see any damage so it looks like they were trying to cover up dock scratches. Anybody know how I c could safely remove it without damaging the gel coat.

    Does anyone know which plugs to use in a 1988 mercruiser 3.0 w/upgraded EST ignition. The manual calls for champion rv12yc which is whats in the engine currently. I bought some ngk bpr6efs but am a little hesitant to put them because the threads are longer. thanks in advance.
