    Mercruiser Carb dry

    Left 1 month dry not running fuel bowl completly evaporated dry . Used gear oil jug to prime filled with gas . Is there somthing wrong with fuel pump as I shouldn't have to crank this long to start ? Don't rember carbs that are open on bowl to air ? Going to always test on driveway before...
