    Outdrive still won't come loose

    I have tried Bondo's advice to lift and drop the outdrive. I have done it 7 or 8 times. It is still stuck like glue. Any other tricks I can try? Dynamite?

    Belt Change on 69 Merc. inline 6

    I would like to change the belt. What is the best way to support the engine to lift it enough from the mount. I have considered a chain from the rafters for support and a hydrolic jack. Is there a secret to doing this without putting the hull in danger?

    Paint for lower unit?

    I am going to pull my lower unit this winter to do some repair and preventative maintenance. While I have it off I want to repaint it .<br />It is a Merc, so of course I want to paint it black.
