    hey all im looking at getting a 15hp shortshaft merc from 2003 (4stroke) i hear tohatsu makes the smaller mercs but i have also heard of yammy merc mixes? what was going on the the 15hp for 2003? thanks also any thoughts on this year model? it looks good and apparently has very low hours.
