    Help please.

    1986 Evinrude 150 Controls. Control Box throttle will go full throttle but does it at the red lines position. My past evinrude at full throttle is where the green line is. How do i change this? If left in current state, throttle slides itself back. Thanks.

    In the past i was able to go to the Johnson website and find diagrams of all the engines. I have a 9.5 that i think i am missing parts too. Exterior idle/mix adjusting knob. Little things like that. I need the diagram with part number on them. I will also be buying a service manual. Thanks!
