    I will go forward and reinstall. I did not devise these tests the last time I had it apart. I just did visual inspection and cleaned well. Also use air hose to blow up the tube. Well here goes nothing. I will let you know how it goes Thanks

    Low voltage on old harness 75hp Mariner
