Tried Goof Off, a paint/rust removing pad, scotchbrite....seems the best method is a razor blade and a 40 grit disc on a DA sander. Hope to get it all cleaned up this weekend so I can move on...

    Re: 1979 22' Starcraft SuperSport V5 Restoration Vinyl is showing up tomorrow, and the carpet is showing up Friday or Monday. I went with the wider vinyl to avoid seams and went with the 8.5ft wide carpet because the hull sides are over 36" tall, so 6' wide carpet cut in half wouldn't do it...
