    1986 Mercury 25HP "No Pee"

I'm sure someone knows exactly what I should do. Recently I acquired a 1986 Mercury 25HP S/N 0A97255. It looks to be in perfect condition, starts good and has good compression 120 PSI but, with muffs or in the tank no water comes out of the pee tube. Water pump is good, lots of water flows out...

    Over Heating

I changed 350/260 HP engine in my 79 Searay. Old engine had NGK BR6FS spark plugs, new engine came with NGK YR5 V Power spark plugs. New engine has a 145 degree thermostat but runs much hotter. My question is, do I need to make any modifications to the exhaust manifolds and exhaust elbows? Was told that the plate between the manifold and...

    Compression

1979 Mercruiser 260 HP - I have 105 to 120 PSI compression. And the exhaust really smells bad, not oil but maybe un-burnt fuel. How low is too low for compression and does stinky exhaust mean bad valves? Thanks, sr79
