    looking at a motor but the guy says it stops pissing above half throttle and he says "it's not the water pump, but I don't know what it could be"... so I'm wondering if anyone knows what it is?

    Replacing the seal behind the prop?

    I have an 81 honda 4 stroke. Buddy said I take the pin out, unscrew the tip, slide off the prop, take off the two bolts to remove the cover, and the seal is right there. Is it this easy? anything I am missing or should know first? thanks!
