    I just bought a 20 hp mercury The guy told me it's a 1990 When I looked up the serial # 0D010889 at looks like its a 1991.Can anyone tell me the true year of this motor. .Also what oil mixture is this motor and what kind of 2 stroke oil should I use for this motor. Thank You very much

    What do you guys think the best outboard motor is. Is Merc better than evinrude or Johnson.Do you think theres a better brand.Lets here from all you guys that had them all. 10 hp to 30 hp

    miss at idling 1975 Rude 15 HP

    I just had the carb rebuilt and evrything checked out ok.Had the motor out today and when it idles at low speed or just in neutral at has a miss.At high speed she runs fine.Does anyone know what could be wrong with it??? HELP!!!

    15 hp evinrude with no spark

    ok,heres the deal.I have a guy who whats $100 for a 1975 15 hp evinrude.The motor is in excellent condition just don't run.He said it needs maybe the coils and the pull starter fixed.Should I but the motor or not.It's cheap enough.

    what size motor for 14' 1969 seaking

    I'm looking to put a bigger motor on my 14' seaking,does anyone knoe how big of a motor it can hold.I would like to put a 20 hp at least,but can it hold more??
