    going to take the head off my force

    Does any know if taking the head off involves the pistons. I am worried that one of the pistons will be in the head? Or do the pistons stay with the powerhead. Is this just a matter of unbolting the cover&head in sequence then bolting it back on like the clymer manual says. 96 serial# on...

    help I may have cross threaded the top spark plug cyl

    I can get the plug in half way then it stops. I have noticed some of the threads coming loose. Should I force the plug in there or do you have any suggestions. If I do need a new engine head are they easy to install.

    I have everything back in the boat now I need to adjust the shift linkage

    I have it close right now neutral is neutral but rev and forward are a little different one goes in a little faster. I have the long hex with the nut above for adj. Should I make it easier to go into forward or reverse or right in the middle?

    Ok I got the new impeller on I found some parts not in my service manual
