    135HG 1977 lower unit/foot sealant?

    When I removed the lower unit I didn't see any sealant on the lower unit/foot mating surfaces and the book doesn't say anything.     Gas dripping out of carbs

    Wasn't getting any fuel past the pumps so I am in the process of rebuilding them. When I removed the lower fuel pump (pump cover part FA439746) it had a brass tube extending out the back into the crank case area. The top pump didn't have this tube and the tube is not shown on the fuel pump parts...
