    Kool boat! Almost looks like a lonestar boat my old fishing partner had, it was 21’ with a 175 merc on. Lots of great fishing trips on it to lake mead miss those trips and my friend. Good luck with yours.

    If motor only 45# it is 12 volt you will burn it up with 24#. Never heard of a motor you can run either or?

    Mine is 70 miles each way down cajon pass I-15 two hours to work two hours to get home if nothing happens on the freeway. I got less than a year then done with the commute retirement in sight 🤪

    I do not have my OMC boat anymore I went to 4 stroke outboard. But old habits hard to break I pop on to the OMC section now and then did love the boat 4.3 also would run just under 50 mph 4600 rpm's.     Find one with a 4 stroke outboard you will be glad you did. I just went from a I/O omc 4.3 to a 4 stroke outboard and will never go back to a I/O motor again.

    Just google transducer for 197c or 160c looks like 60 some bucks for either one.

    4 stroke outboard only way to go I/O are the worst to work on outboard winterize just drop motor down water drains out you done 🤪 But I do wipe outboard down and have a cover for it.
