    hello, I just got my 24' pontoon, I want to get a trolling motor over the winter, but I am not sure what size to get. some people told me 55Lb 12 volt with 52 inch shaft will work fine, others told me not to get anything less than 70 lb thrust 24 volt. I'm new to pontoons,

    1986 sanpan hardtop

    I am new to this fourm, I just got a 1986 24' SanPan pontoon with a hard top, I ended up towing it home with the top up, the roof rails are mounted on the top of the side rails, my question is, can I lower the top down to transport the pontoon? and how do I do It? any pictures and guidence:)...
