Heavy to rabbit with a bit of chicken, maybe quail due to meat to bone ratio but since not a bird bones not hollow(ish) which on a quail make them too brittle for me to enjoy.
I don't have too many rules in my life but one is don't kill unless i eat it. Mice in my house, fire ants in the yard and wasps in the shed are exceptions. I eat the barn pigeons i cull.
