    We always wear our life jackets whenever the main engine is running. And I always use my kill switch. Conventional jackets are what I've always used, but I'm considering the auto-inflate type PFDs. Pricey, though. 😬

    That really is a nice looking boat and I'm perplexed as to why it's power rating is so low. I've been researching other similar boats to this one and they're rated much higher. For example, this 1999 Boston Whaler Dauntless is rated up to 75HP...

    I was thinking his boat is a standard aluminum jon or v-bow type, which could have a max rating of 25HP. But the pic he provided contradicts aluminum. Intriguing. :unsure:

    Still, still stuck with no spark

    My new switchbox had the ground wire wadded up at the base. It would have been easy to overlook it amongst all those other wires. Might check to see if yours is fully grounded.
