    if they come apart ok, very easy to rebuild. basically glorified o-rings. if they dont come apart due to corrosion, etc. new cylinders will be needed.

    do not do that. start by running it on the hose. if its a hose leak or exhaust coupling leak, it will show up. or make sure the motor well is dry, then drop the pontoon in the water and using a selfie stick and your phone, look around. use a flashlight and mirrors, or what ever you have to...

    Here is where I go for marine rebuild kits. (they are an hour north of me) they list just the seal kit for Volvo Penta and a seal/rod kit with an improved piston.

    texas has had some cold temperatures over the last 16 years. I would pressure test the water jacket to make sure the block and heads are not cracked. I would remove the manifold and do an acetone test. a lot of work to get that boat back up to snuff.

    rebuild kits are cheap and you can do it yourself on the truck tailgate or your workbench

    the specific mercruiser part shown in the pictures is a Danfoss HVAC pressure switch. the 075G1034 is the Danfoss part number The second number is a specific lot number

    could be bad bellows, which would then lead to hundreds of dollars in repairs if left to go if your bilge pump fails, you submerge the motor

    there is no arc suppression on the relays. after a while the contacts can weld themselves easy to check. use a test light or a DVM this says you need new relays

    The water pressure sensor is not rated for water. It's an oil pressure sensor. It's been covered before. Search the forums

    if the PS oil cooler is leaking, it wont leak in the bilge, it goes out the exhaust thru the prop

    most likely the return line. go to napa for power steering return hose. its sold by the foot.
