    Probably leaking (somewhere), so the pump is not able to generate enough pressure to lift the drive except when there is minimal force on it ( stationary, going slowly). Milky fluid is a clue. So, see where it is leaking . . . probably at the trim cylinder fittings or the ram seals.

    If you had 100% slip, you'd be going 0 mph at your WOT RPM. If you had 0% slip, you'd be going at your theoretical maximum speed based on WOT RPM. Slip is like prop efficiency. Less slip is better.

    Quick update - i disconnected the starboard engine/battery from the isolator. Starboard engine is no longer getting over voltage. We salvaged the day and took the boat out. Stayed close as there is more diagnosis to do.

    Here is my Diacom recording of the Stbd engine data. Starboard engine started first and then the port engine was started after a short time. . FWIW - The Diacom seems to have Battery volts and system volts labeling reversed within their software.
