    If your going the reed route , use TDR or CCMS as you will see a lil bump in performance. Stay away from the Boyesen stuff.

    No you cannot operate engine with it removed as it is a restrictor. Only remove it for flushing. Mix up some vinegar in a test tank and let run to dissolve shells

    That ground is bad from high resistance for reason...replace all the black grounds. The round solenoid is engine starter

    I dont see the water pump housing seal thats on top of S/S housing. This will let exhaust to enter water pump housing. Also needs a impeller as has a set curl to it.
