    I found a great video/original by omc , makes complete sense of the lync and sync process required for these engines. Linkage Adjustments: 1988 crossflow and Newer V4 V6 A must have for anyone with a looper.

    Yup as said above to all the comments. I used Epoxy for my entire rebuild and I like it. The glue thing is your call. Best of luck and get to it.

Millions of opinions here on fuel tank install, materials etc. Typically the CG does not recommend using the hull of the boat as a direct support for the tank, hence a blocked up base to hull then platform. The base needs to be full length and sides/front/back and enclosed as a "coffin"...
