    No power to F9.9 Yamaha

There is no servo. There is only a relay. Relay is controlled by the key switch. Relay is normally open. No current flows to the starter motor from the battery. Key is turned to the start position and the relay closes. In which case current then flows from the battery to the starter motor. To...

    No power to F9.9 Yamaha

Do you have a set of battery jumper cables? If so, bypass the control system and the power supply system and connect the cables directly to the starter motor. Positive to positive and negative to negative of course. If it cranks just fine then that is telling you that the starter motor is good...

Can guage for trim be calibrated?

When you mention full up are you talking about the motor going up as high as it will go? If so, that is in the tilt range. Not the same as the trim range. The trim range is fully down and then up only to the point just below where the speed of the up tilt begins to increase. With the motor...

    No power to F9.9 Yamaha

There are many, many, many different F9.9 models. F9.9's. F9.9A's. F9.9B's. F9.9F's In 2017 there were three F9.9 models offered. F9.9SMHB, F9.9LMHB and F9.9LEB. They are not all wired the same. The data plate on the side of the motor provides the complete model and the complete engine ID...

    Moving the filter

Different design philosophy. Yam likes to "pull" fuel from a primary fuel filter. My Mercury EFI pumped it through the primary fuel filter. Racor fuel filters are rated for up to about 7 psi as I recall for folks that use an electric fuel pump to deliver fuel to a motor.

    Wiring diagram for 1999 15 Eh 4ST?

Looks to have been made by Yamaha for Mercury. Equivalent of a Yamaha F15ESHX. In a Yamaha the white wire to the CDI assembly is grounded to stop the motor from running. I see a disconnected white wire. Does that lead to the CDI box?
