    Out of curiosity, where did you find those torque specs? Sure doesn't say that in my Volvo service manual.

    They look good. Confirm flatness with a straight edge. Always use a torque wrench Use the instructions with the gaskets I mailed you...went out today.

    Are you replacing your gear oil too? Often, if enough water gets into the bellows, it will travel through the driveshaft seal.

    There are no bellows on a Volvo(Cobra SX)on top of the tube. Just a little grommet/cap with a hole in it...if its even still there. It doesn't get replaced.
