    I second 99yams thoughts. Reverse the power leads at the relay. Green where blue was and blue where green was. Then use the trim and tilt buttons. If it clicks and sometimes goes up, but now consistently goes down, I think the relay assembly is kaput.

    From what little I know about Vessel View it is like Yamaha's Command Link. Something the operator uses. YDIS is for a technician that is trouble shooting a problem in a motor.
