The mfgrs use whatever is availiable when the boat was made, they dont make their own...good luck, you may consider doing them all if you want them to match !! I also have a 92 Sylvan but so far my hatch covers are still in good shape..
Guess that is my point, just use a rattle can then when it wears off, easy to touch it up !! I usually get a couple years out of a rattle can paint job. Then again I boat in deeper water, no sand bars to run across, no rocks to run into....
If you are a gambler, then go for it !!! My time is valuable to me anyway, I hate doing things over, but for some, doing things over and over is not a problem...
I woukd still do some serious testing on the wood structure under that floor. Glass boats start at the very bottom when rot takes hold. No sense doing all that work then have to do it over !!!!
If the floor is not soft, why cut it out ??
I only use aluminum props and have used Krylon spray paint for years with no issues. Dries fast and easy to recoat when needed. Quick, simple, cheap and looks great !!
Looks like it could be a drain hole for the strake. Can you see the hole from the inside ?? Often they put a drain hole in the strake, but after time the water in the strake finds it way up thru the rivet heads and into the boat. If it is in the strake not sure you want to plug it, instead...

Measured at the terminals with a good guage...a full battery is 12.6 volts or above !! Below 12 volts is considered dead ! Below 11 volts is trash time, battery wont recover and needs replaced !!
Went out this morning and tried again, another new fuse, put plugs back in and disconnected trim pump...turned over without blowing fuse !! Tried numerous times and all was good. Reconnected trim unit and that worked from engine and remote controls with no issues !! Tried cranking engine and...
Still updating this issue....after fiddling more with this, it appears the fuse is blowing when the starter is engaged. Can starters be tested ?? Or another component that needs tested ?? Just trying to update my issue to give as much info as possible to find a cure.
I made a fixture with wheels to hold the whole outdrive out of some 2x4's, made the job much easier as I always removed my outdrive over the winter. Build it to the height that works best...
