    Ayuh,.... How deep are you backin' it in,..?? As I just posted in another forum you asked this question,..... These pumps are flooded entry pumps,.... They will Not suck water,..... If the pump is submerged, it'll pump,..... otherwise, it won't,....

    Ayuh,...... The symptoms usually tell the story,..... To answer yer question,..... When ya shut it down, after a few minutes, pull the flame arrester, open the throttle plates, n ya may, or may not be able to see fuel puddlin' in the intake,.... Does it start hard after sittin' a week,..??
