My opinion
You need a Mechanic to look it over, the process of DIY is a bit beyond the current understanding right now
It's most likely fuel related, either not enough or to much.
When it stumbles look down throat of carb to see if it appears to be flooding. If no flooding, need a fuel pressure gauge and Tee fitting. Measure pressure at the carb
Fuses will be close to the ECM and will either be individual or both together. In any case the fuses will have black caps over the top of the fuse. Look for black rectangular item with wires on one end.
Check for 12V at the coil with key ON and when cranking
With a lot of codes look at the 5V circuit to see if you have exactly 5V. If lower then one of the sensors is bad. Try at looking for gray wire on throttle position or MAP
