    Try Simple Green cleaner, stuff works great but start out by cutting with water then make it stronger as you try to get the stain out. I normally use a 50/50 mix to start but have used full strength to get reall stubborn stains out

    If it flooded by pumping the bulb then look into float sticking or needle valve and seat leaking...fuel flow should stop there no matter how many times you pump the bulb

    China does not allow foreign countries to set up quality control, it must be done with their own people, that is why 3 out of 5 are junk!! Tiawan does allow there customer to set up QC within their country as well as design. Tiawan stuff has far better quality comming out of there country...

    Not your fuel pump if squeezing the bulb didnt help, is the timing plate advancing when you throttle up? Otherwise it still sounds like a carb issue.

    I do not use a strap if the tank is in a secure area so it cant move around, but if the tank is able to bounce or slide around then some type of tie down should be used. A 6 gallon tank could be a 50lb missle comming at some one...not a good idea

    Unless you use a tank with baffles you will always get false readings. Boats tip and .ove a lot so fuel is always sloshing and moving around in the tank. I always take my fuel reading at dock when not moving, I know how much I have and how far I can go. I also allow the 1/3 rule for error...
