    Ayuh,..... The "Kill switch" has nothin' to do with the "Start" circuit,..... It cuts off the "Ignition" circuit,..... The neutral safety switch, interrupts the "Start" circuit,..... 'n both switches are usually just 2 wires to make, or break the circuit,.....

    Ayuh,.... Yer carb should be the Qudrajet, or possibly the Merc/ Weber AFB,..... Both can develop float bowl leaks, which yer symptoms says is happenin',.... A carb rebuild should fix the issue,.... The bowl leaks can be dealt with at the same time,....

    Well, seein's there is no OMC anymore, yer probably gonna have to hunt down a used one,..... There's a couple of aftermarket outfits that may, or may not offer a replacement,.... Barr is one of 'em,.... A Merc manifold is different, Volvo, I don't know whether it could be adapted,...
