Clamp the one vicegrip between the center of the lock and outside sleeve, crushing the sleeve against the lock.
Use the other vicegrip to turn the first vicegrips.
Takes a few re-positions.
Helps to have about 20 different vicegrips.

No, I am saying any of the oils. I buy Rotella T4 diesel for most boats with flat tappet cams, however also use it in many cars, trucks , etc. You can run any of the oils with your roller motor
