I never had luck with pertronix and ended up going back to points every time.

hopefully its just a bit of the spark plug got stuck in a valve and bent the valve. Pull the heads and get eyeballs in there.
the spark plugs look like they ran super hot.
SAE inverted flare with 3/8-24 threads. A very specific port tool, and a custom port tap.

A standard tap will not work
It will need to be custom ground with clearance for the inverted flare
If you have an outboard (guessing from the lack of info), the magnets are what induce a magnetic field in the coil.
So you may need a new flywheel, or if you have the magnets, epoxy them back in
Oil pressure sender goes in the oil galley plug at the back of the china wall. The water temp sender goes in the intake
