    a bit of update...... transferred the graphics to white poster board to help me lay out the fine-line tape that arrived from Amazon. the poster board is cut to shape the hull to cap seam so I can tape in place, and transfer to the hull easy. this will ensure that I lay out both sides the same...

    Starter spinning but intermittently turning engine

    opposite if you are grinding, you need to add shims. the starter bendix is below the CL of the crank, adding shims increases the distance to increase pinion to ring gear backlash.

    updated dash layout. looking at either the Contura III or Contura V switches. did not modify the one 5 inch gauge to a 4-in-1. I do need to get the gauges to verify the bezel thickness. I may push the 3" gauge lower, putting two 2" gauges above, however i am thinking the big red warning light...

    So, spent a bit of time looking at the dash. It really needs 5" gauges, so I started making a layout. Also, with the addition of dock lights, under water lights and bi-color courtesy lights, I need to add more switches the existing legend on the dash is faded. thought of water-transfer decals...
