    The outdrive is a bravo 3, on an '06 sea ray. supposedly 300 hrs. Not many pics, I know but couldn't see any other areas to question. engine (5.0) compartment is very clean, well maintained....there are no grease, rust or oil stains. So , see anything ? good/bad.

The same boat gets about 26 mph under similar conditions with a 2021 merc, 115 hp, CT @ 5800 rpm. With a one pitch lower prop, my rpm can touch 6100...
