    sounds like your water (in the slip?) is basic salt water is generally more conductive, but there is likely stray current in your slip, if you're in one I would replace the anodes - you could go with a "softer" metal, see what a reputable local uses

    Following this thread since its start, nice work, updates and pics! - and now it re-inspires and re-motivates me to keep working on (mostly O&M for now) on our 1998 25 ft Wellcraft. It was well-used and cared for, but nothing lasts forever. Looking forward to Maggers progress too

    Agreed, For any pump, a lot has to do with headlosses after the pump. Elevation head and velocity head losses (line losses, including fittings) are likely your most significant considerations here.

    Interesting thread, at the camp in ADK subscribers passed, other service became available a few years ago, ripped-out dish and lines just last year. To the transfer station they went (hopefully no bears were harmed). Now to go up on the woodshed and rip that dish out before it causes trouble...
