Depending how Mechanical you are, Buy some Luma weld rod and fix the stud mount. Make sure it is not cracked into the crankcase. Common for those to be broke
First things First ,No cold chisels, Do the job right and you wont wreck ****. Second thing is you dont need to take anything apart on the water to get the carb to fill. Open the low speed screw an 1/8 of a turn at a time and try that first.
