    forgot i posted I got my new motor in july, the 115 merc. I get 26-27 mph ( gps). This is just me on board. The full bimini top is up, and running a mercury spitfire, 4 blade 14x14 prop and am turning about 56-5700 rpm. 24' twin, 25" pontoons happy...

    just for comparison. I have a 24' 06 lowes pontoon with the original 60hp merc. big foot. When by myself, I've hit 20 mph (gps) . I'm expecting delivery of a new Merc 115 hp command thrust motor in July. I hope, and think, there's something going on with your boat as with the money I will spend...
