Update. Wife decided to use the above base and stool NOT the top I am building so my project stood still for a while but have gotten back at it.
Ran out of high grit sandpaper but all that is ready now. Still plan export to fill everything then Odie paste wax to finish.
i'd not be convinced the effort would return the results enough for me. If the last two pics are of you boat you have more room for more panels, i'd stay there. And get a diff color bimini
Thanks Mike, on the leak yeah tried that and nothing comes out. Check the link above to see what I've tried so out comes the floor. It's going to need it before I'm dead anyway so as fast as mu body is taking a s..t on me might as well do it.
