    Looks like a brand new tilt unit I $1100, ebay half that. As I mentioned sparky box available new and whole system on ebay for a few bucks.

    Forgot to post all cylinders @ 118 to 119. Lower unit fluid old, a bit dirty and no water. No spark, again claimed since took controls off...only wires disconnected are the tach and another set prob used to be the trim.

    yeah spent a week in FL couch surfing and this whole spring get the house and pool and everything ready really eats into my time. Tornadoes and such slow me down as well. Oh, and been looking at a 75hp.... Tomorrow i'm playing hooky from work to get ready for an initial float test.
