    Ayuh,..... I've got several torque wrenches, 'n I still use my calibrated elbow for those bolts,..... Pretty darn snug, vs: Good 'n Tight on others,....

    Ayuh,..... Welcome Aboard,...... Sounds like the choke is working, maybe abit to rich, hence the rough idle, til it warms, 'n the choke is pulled off,..... As for the oil pressure,.... Cold oil is thick oil, hence the higher pressure, til it warms, 'n thins,.....

    Ayuh,..... Welcome Aboard,..... The bolts were bottoming out, they're too long,..... Just grind 1/4" off the ends, 'n put it back together,.... By properly clamping the housing to the block, all the other "Problems" will also be cured,.....

    Ayuh,... I'd start with a new 19" aluminum prop, 'n try it,..... A 21" might give ya better top end,.... or not,..... you'll loose hole shot though,....
