    50TLRB Tilt Relay Mystery

It is because people are incapable of listening. I tried explaing to some people that the Yamaha is a 2 relay system, even with the wiring diagram I was told I didn't know what I was talking about. Now they find it on Google and it's the gospel. Google is the bible of the parts tosser.

    2005 90hp Yam no spark.

First thing I I would check is the lanyard, then I would check spark. If those aren't the problem Then find a CDI ignition guide and do the tests.

1980’s Evinrude - Temp Warning System?

If you bought one of the $8 impellers off of Ebay/Amazon, good luck with that. Not an item I would trust in any of my motors.

    Looking for help !

That makes no sense could you elaborate? When they fail they do over oil the motor. But another culprit is the cap on the oil tank. Did you do the VRO test on it. Was a BRP OMS pump put on it or cheap Amazon/Ebay Junk.

    Bad starter?

That was a long time ago before the EPA got involved. The new stuff is hardly worth the money but it does make a good dust remover.

Stop loading the parts cannon and do the work. Get a factory manual and on ebay there is a $50 tester with DVA capabilities...

    Bad starter?

Try it once. If you get an old starter that needs to be replaced , take it apart and spray it down. The new carb cleaners are basically dust removers.

Have you made sure that spark jumps a 7/16 air gap? Why did you replace the stator? Also make sure the wires line up. Sometimes CDI will have them in the wrong hole

    1991 60hp Johnson Issue

If that is CDI brand check the pins to make sure they are not bent in the plug. Also make sure the wires are in the right spot and correspond to the CDI unit. Could also have a faulty CDI or stator. Have you done a spark check?
