    You cannot run that motor without t-stats!!! It also does not have a restrictor on water indicator so all you will get is free running water with lil pressure and the t-stats have nothing to do with indicator flow.     If you toasted gears its more than a few hundred... just cant slap gears and bearing in as all have to be measured and shimmed...

    The 2 piece driveshaft model will leak if rotated due to it not being held in line by crankshaft.

    Before super dooper fishfinders and GPS units it was fine to run non resistors. If you have not been having any interference problems use the non resistor plugs. 0.04 =1MM=.039 so plugs are gapped correctly.

    Scott is dead on......and if a needle is stuck shut not allowing fuel in bowl it WILL NOT spill from side.

    That is the idle jet passage and it gets fuel from main jet passage as its cross drilled.

    Water out the pee tube does not go thru t-stat..Check to see if indicator has a blockage. Also check your water supply or impeller again.

    Yep......also need to check compression as no fuel equals no lube to cylinder
