    Ayuh,.... The distributor cap has to be vented, 'n sparks can't jumper around corners,.... hence the brass elbow,....

    Ayuh,..... Where the fuel is sucked outa the tank, you'll find an elbow, 'n a hose barb to the fuel line,..... That hose barb, Is the anti-siphon valve,.... The dip-tube should unscrewed with the elbow, 'n sometimes there's a little sock filter on it's bottom end,....

    Ayuh,..... Probably water,..... The oil could be red, if Atf is used, or amber if light motor oil or hyd. oil was used,..... I'd flush it out, 'n go fresh oil,....
