    One thing ive seen is to ensure you support the hull well enough to keep its shape. Good chance you will have to decapitate the hull aka take the top part of the hull off and the bottom will flatten out.

    If you want a rebuild project, have maybe $8k to put into it, and skills at doing 'stuff', you will end up with a fantastic little boat. I'd guess 18 foot or so. I seem to remember from my days as a kid that everyone that had that or similar Glastron loved it. The chaparral stickers are above...

    Is it sbc or bbc? If sbc weight is about the same, bbc about 200 more lbs. Id look into how to shift weight is you can in that event.
