    I am not familiar with that Suzuki, but would guess the lower unit may need to be opened up to get the shaft back into place

    I would want to know if this motor is an interference motor, (if timing is off will the pistons hit the valves and bend / break things)

    2 people have given this motor away, so you need to take things apart to try and see where that water is coming form. maybe bad tube or grommet it sticks into, or a hole in some other part of motor

    does the rail pressure stay in spec? if so, send the injectors out for testing and cleaning

    pulling and testing the sensors, and measuring the temps at the sensors location might give you a clue if there is an overheat condition or not

    I was thinking the same thing. maybe cut the brass nut to get it off and then the pin ends with a drimmel tool

    does the red wire to the key switch have 12 +? when turning the key to the on position it should put 12+ on the yellow wire. Should be some fuses on the motor
