    I say try it during low traffic hours. the only issue I see is trailer sway is magnified by short wheel base tow vehicle and the soft tires. Brakes and pulling torque wont be the problem

    That is an OMC control. OMC has been out of business since right after your boat was built. you may get lucky and find a dealer sitting on old stock. however you will most likely need to replace the control

    use 2-3 psi only. anything more than that and you risk blowing the pontoon log up. I would get it welded

    if it was coming from the drains, you would be sinking. most pontoon logs leak where a weld cracks at the M-bracket

    doesnt lengthen the wheel base. the 2-door should be less then 3800 with the V6 and a hard top. swapping to an LS and a TR6060 trans is only 200# more
