    We have a rare one inch of snow here on the ground in TN. Being from MO where we get lots of snow I'm taking it as an omen. And our local giraffe picked the chiefs and she is 85% accurate. Bonus, Drew Cary twice dropped a plinko chip for the chiefs.

    Food is ready, cake is baking for the kids birthday same day. Small group, a third have had the rona the rest are sensible. I'm not rooting for tampa in case anyone was unsure of my choice.

    What advice on renting a room out?

    We do air bnb and never have had a prob. We don't have guests often so don't make a ton. If going full time rent, references and background check and sign a lease that allows you rights if they are horrible.

    Yeah had a friend that ran a fork at the one here in tn. He said they gave the bad batches to the local pig farmers.

    Last summer, I took a brief job at a plant here in my small town - they make headliner and door panels for several models of Nissan, VW and Toyota. I was in the 'cage' aka the hardware store and had a lot of interactions wiht the maint techs. A few times I walked around with them, pretty cool.
